- For confirmation: 50% of the invoice amount

All and full payment should be made at least one (1) week before arrival directly to our bank (by online transfer, cheque or cash deposit). We do not accept any payments upon arrival at the Retreat.

Cancellation Fee
- If cancellation is requested more than 14 days prior to arrival, 20% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is requested between 14 days 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is requested within 7 days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be charged and no refund will be applicable.
Upon cancellation, the balance amount, if any, will be processed in 5 to 7 working days.
